We are a fully server-managed company (we manage the
server)...we do kernel updates and ensure that all preinstalled
software is and stays operational (other than Fantastico scripts...we
make sure Fantastico itself works but can't warranty the scripts
included WITH Fantastico). We also monitor 8
ports on the server to be sure they are operational and intercede
(assuming your server password is up to date with sales) if they fail
automatically. We will install almost any requested module as
long as there are no security issues. We do not guarantee
support for custom software or scripts but will do our best to help if
we can.
